• First, if you would, read the Mei Pan mission statement and ask us as many questions as you need to in order to find out for whom you will be working.

• You also need to know that you must be willing to invest time and money in yourself in order to be successful in this type of business. Unlike other investments today an investment in yourself is something you have control over.

• You can either purchase or earn a starter kit. This will be explained when we speak with you.

• Another question you need to ask yourself is, how much money would I like to make on monthly basis. Knowing that answer will tell you how many hours per month you will need to work to earn that money.

• Please, do not be fooled into thinking this job or any job is "easy money". Work is work. However, if you love jewelry then you will love this job! But it will still require work, work that you will be well compensated for.

• You will make 30% on all your sales. The more you sell the more you make.

• There are no additional forms of compensation besides the 30%  here at Mei Pan. Because of the type of company we are, Mei Pan Jewelry would rather lose potential sales representative to other organizations if their sole motivation for working here is the money. As a sales consultant here at Mei Pan Jewelry you can make a very good income. But we would like to participate in as many life changing projects as possible with as much of the net profits as possible.
